About These Terms
These terms cover the mobile repair services provided by Caldwell Services Mobile Mechanic LLC (Caldwell Services) to customers in New Castle, PA and surrounding areas. By requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We come to your home, work, job site, or roadside with the parts and tools to repair cars, light and medium duty trucks, and heavy duty trucks and trailers. We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window and will let you know if anything changes.
Pricing and Quotes
Ask for a price and the mechanic diagnoses the problem and gives you a straight quote before any work starts. You know the cost up front. If additional work is needed after the quote, we will tell you first and get your approval before continuing. You are responsible for the cost of parts and labor for repairs you approve.
Parts and Workmanship
We use quality parts and stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails due to our workmanship, call us and we will make it right. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or problems caused by parts you supply.
Scheduling and Availability
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm, Sunday closed. We do our best to get to you fast, especially for roadside breakdowns, but availability is not guaranteed. We will be honest with you about timing.
